NOTE: This is a repost of my Baring post. But I thought readers here should be made aware, too.

Now don't get me wrong. There are some tumblrs out there I enjoy quite a bit... I've linked to them in my blog roll. But as a whole, it just doesn't interest me. My problems with them include:

Most of them look alike
They generally only post a couple of pics at a time
They just repost & share the same pics over and over and over and over...
They're a pain to search
There's typically very little in the way of text

Personally, I enjoy longer and more detailed posts. And mixing in lengthy text when necessary. As you know. ;)

But at the same time, I do see the writing on the wall. They definitely are gaining in popularity. And I do have to admit that it's nice to not have to click an extra "Do you realize this contains adult content?" button before viewing.

Side note: Although part of me wonders how much longer that will go on. As other articles have stated, the social network Ning (which used to host the original feet.tv) kicked off all of it's adult content due to people complaining that any minor could easily access adult content. Will tumblr have to do the same one day? Time will tell, but I wouldn't be surprised if that day ever comes, or at the very least, they add a warning page as well.

Okay, I do have a tumblr account. Originally, it was so I could contact and comment on other tumblrs. I hardly have anything up on mine at all. (Despite that, I have a couple followers!) Part of me says I'm pretty busy already managing two blogs and a Twitter. But I can see myself posting pics over there that couldn't be easily posted here, either because they blur the line between bondage and gear fetish, are uncategorizable, focus on candid male feet (which I do enjoy quite a bit, and don't usually get to post here), or have a more humorous and/or irreverent bent. I think a tumblr could be used well to that end.

Not to mention the fact that I'm seeing a few pics of mine floating around on tumblr... and a few with the tags cut off. I think I need to represent myself when that occurs.

So I think I am going to go for it. Now, I don't see my Tumblr account ever overtaking this blog... this will always remain as my main blog for the foreseeable future. Take a look at the pics currently in my Twitter feed to get an idea of content. I think I'll make the Twitter pics more directly related to things in my real life (such as candid male feet, my feet, my outfits, hot guys I see on the street, etc.), and the tumblr will be more net finds. Although the line may cross once in a while.

There's not much there yet, but feel free to visit and/or follow TiedFeetGuy Tidbits on Tumblr. Updates will be pretty random over there, without any predictable schedule. But some of you may enjoy it.

So these pics came about because of a blog reader who contacted me and told me about a St. Andrew's Cross he had made, and if I had any interest using it. After discussing with my BF, he actually agreed, and we did ourselves an informal photo shoot. It was a lot of fun! This was my first time being inverted, so that was pretty awesome!

I have to thank blog reader BamBamTop, who was extremely generous in letting us use his "playroom". There's going to be 100+ original content pics from this by the time all the posts have gone up. Three sets will be Robin gear, and two will be Spiderman, which I'll be alternating for the next few weeks. This'll take us into the next year. Won't that be a nice way to begin 2012? In any case, enjoy!

TFG Superhero Shirt collection, Part 2

Seems I've been on quite a roll. Since my first posting, I've acquired a few more new items. With holiday shopping in full season, I thought I'd share a few recent clothing purchases.

I like the "vintage" wash on this. Although to be honest... it's meant for kids. It's actually a Child XL, but it fits me just fine. From the Disney Store.

Discovered this at Hot Topic. I didn't take a pic of it, but the webbing design does continue on the back. It's actually very cozy, and fits me well, too!

I actually got this from JC Penny a long time ago, but they still sell it. It's a bit thin as far as shirts go, but it's held up for me just fine.

I bought this at Hot Topic as well, but really, you can find it online pretty easily. The shirts seem to run a bit small, though. I usually wear a small, but after washing this, it's quite tight. Although I don't think that's a bad thing, really. But if I wanted it to look a bit more casual, I probably should've gotten one size larger.

On a bit of a silly note... I ordered these from Amazon. They haven't arrived yet, but I thought you should know. Hey, I like Robin, I like feet... what's not to love for me here?

Although even I didn't get this silly yet. Now, I didn't order this (also on Amazon), but it was tempting. Yes, it really has it's own cape. It's so ridiculous it's almost sublime.

Later on, I'll have a surprise for you. I've managed to jerryrig my own Robin outfit! It's not as much for fetish purposes, as it is to have something that looks a bit more "homespun". Sort of like a Halloween costume and/or Comic Con sort of outfit, that's suitable for non-kinky people. I'll try to post pics of it later. Stay tuned, hero fans!

But if there are some periods where I seem fairly quiet (especially in regards to responding to emails), that may be why. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Some time ago, I actually got a latex body suit. I didn't realize how much work they were! It took me a while, but I finally got to wear it. I prepped it and got it on, which was no easy feat. It's quite form fitting. It actually squeaks and "farted" a bit, which surprised me. I could feel the sweat pretty instantly. But even I had underestimated how much sweat I had. When I got to rolling down my legs when taking it off, a small puddle of water dripped out of my leg... and I realized it was my own sweat! That was scary, impressive, and sexy all at the same time.
